Champion DevOps culture and best practices across the team
Build, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Increase team autonomy through automation and self-service capabilities
Manage and enhance production and non-production environments
Automate operational and deployment processes using Python and scripting technologies
Ensure system reliability through monitoring, alerting, resiliency, and operational excellence
Support business-critical applications following the “You Build It, You Run It” philosophy
Investigate incidents, troubleshoot production issues, and drive root cause analysis
Collaborate with international teams across France, India, and Poland
Continuously improve documentation, processes, and operational standards

3+ Years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or similar role
Strong programming skills in Java (17+)
Experience with Python and automation scripting
Hands-on experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and CI/CD tooling
Good knowledge of Oracle and/or PostgreSQL databases
Experience in monitoring, alerting, and production support activities
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies
Proactive approach to improving existing solutions and challenging legacy processes
Strong communication skills in English
