• Lead medium to large projects or workstreams within a programme or portfolio;
• Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders;
• Manage projects end to end using the Change Delivery Framework, meeting agreed time, quality, and cost targets;
• Build business cases with Project Sponsors, defining outcomes, benefits, and measures;
• Transform business objectives into tangible deliverables and measurable benefits;
• Manage project scope, budgets, risks, issues, actions, decisions, and dependencies;
• Create stakeholder, communication, learning, business readiness, adoption, and sustainability plans;
• Manage project resources, external vendors, resource demand, and availability issues;
• Develop and manage detailed project delivery plans, including the Critical Path and inbound/outbound dependencies;
• Assess expected project outcomes to ensure benefits are achieved;
• Close projects and capture lessons for continuous improvement;
• Coach and support less experienced team members and business stakeholders in change management and project delivery;
• Support professional development through mentoring, training, and sharing best practices;
• Follow data and security processes.

• Experience successfully delivering complex change with competing priorities;

• Practical experience planning and scheduling project resources;

• Strong project governance, control, and end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC) experience;
