Zexter develops regulated iGaming products, including slots, platforms, and back offices.

• Build and implement development processes from scratch within engineering teams;
• Standardize the task lifecycle from estimation to release, including DoD, DoR, and post-release support;
• Ensure predictable delivery and effective release management;
• Set up a unified task management system and manage dependencies;
• Automate the generation of an up-to-date Roadmap using Jira Plans based on estimates and resource capacity;
• Establish collaboration between Development, QA, DevOps, Design, Compliance, Marketing, distributed teams, and external B2B partners;
• Facilitate prioritization with Product Managers and stakeholders;
• Balance business needs, technical debt, bugs, and urgent requests;
• Manage risks and resolve priority conflicts;
• Ensure transparency of project status;
• Continuously analyze and improve processes.

• Deep knowledge of Jira workflow, field, permission scheme, and automation configuration;
• Experience building automated Roadmaps with Advanced Roadmaps and dependencies;
• Proven experience creating and implementing development processes within engineering teams from scratch;
• Understanding of game product development processes for slots, platforms, and back offices;
• Ability to adapt Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices to a regulated iGaming environment;
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills with QA, Design, Compliance, and external contractors;
• Confident knowledge of Confluence, Miro, and Retro Boards;
• Knowledge of prioritization methodologies such as RICE and WSJF;
• Native Russian;
• English at Upper-Intermediate / B2+ or higher level;
• Nice to have: Ability to deliver quick results and adapt to a dynamic environment, willingness to provide a well-reasoned explanation for frequent changes of projects or employers in career history, if applicable.
