- Lead projects from initial planning through final results evaluation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
- Manage timelines and dependencies
- Identify risks and remove blockers
- Ensure clear communication across stakeholders
- Improve project management processes
- Make collaboration between teams more effective
требования
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Mandatory experience in iGaming
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving Marketing, CRM, Content, SMM, Design, Analytics, and Product/Development teams
- Strong project planning skills, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and priorities
- Confidence coordinating multiple teams, facilitating meetings, and keeping everyone aligned
- A structured mindset, ownership, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of product and marketing metrics
- English proficiency sufficient for working with documentation and digital tools
