Project manager in hyperautomation

NTT DATA is strengthening its technology teams and is looking to hire a Project Manager with solid experience implementing hyperautomation projects, accustomed to autonomously and proactively leading multidisciplinary teams, with an interest in technology and the ability to manage the offer lifecycle, from its preparation through to its presentation.

• Full management of projects/services.
• Lead work and progress meetings with the client within the scope of the project/service, managing resources, setting objectives, organizing information and presenting it to the client.
• Manage client expectations within the scope of each project/service.
• Formalize and manage the overall scope of the project/service.
• Plan and monitor the project/service overall, proposing corrective actions to the client to address deviations.
• Oversee progress, priority setting and refinement, and consolidate and verify project/product/service ETCs.
• Work to ensure, promote and oversee that the work complies with the established quality plan, setting an example and serving as a role model for the team in this regard.
• Manage risks and conflicts between the team and the client.
• Coordinate the team with different client units or third parties.
• Generate, promote and oversee the team's knowledge and the development of the capabilities needed in its area.
• Encourage the development of the team's technical capabilities and knowledge transfer.
• Monitor, review and prepare reports in your area.
• Develop and coordinate proposals that meet client needs.
• Work to ensure, promote and oversee that the work complies with the established methodology.
• Promote and drive the use of tools to improve productivity.
• Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of AI in solutions, with the goal of maximizing its value.
• Encourage continuous learning and the adoption of new technologies within the team.
• Collaborate in commercial management and promote recurring business.
• Manage the offer lifecycle, from its preparation through to its presentation.

• Solid experience implementing hyperautomation projects.
• Accustomed to autonomously and proactively leading multidisciplinary teams.
• An interest in technology.
• Ability to manage the offer lifecycle, from its preparation through to its presentation.
• BPMN, Camunda, Bizagi.
• RPA (UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.), GenAI, agents.
• Java, Spring Boot, microservices.
• Advanced English (essential, spoken and written).
