• Run Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Demos, and Retrospectives;
• Identify and remove obstacles hindering team progress, such as access issues, missing information, or resource constraints;
• Guide teams and leadership on Agile principles to foster a self-organizing, high-performing team environment;
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical staff, including clinicians and administrators;
• Drive continuous improvement using metrics such as velocity and burndown charts to optimize delivery;
• Ensure software and data solutions adhere to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and quality standards.

• Hold a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification;
• Have 3–5 years of experience in Agile delivery;
• Have strong interpersonal skills to manage conflict and facilitate cross-functional collaboration;
• Have a BTECH qualification;
• Have 8–12 years of experience;
• Nice to have: experience in clinical settings, EHR systems, or healthcare data, familiarity with healthcare standards such as HL7/FHIR, EHR systems, or medical device technology, background in health tech, pharma, or insurance, experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
