• Explore and implement AI and other modern tools to improve management and operational processes

• 2+ Years of experience managing a development team with ownership of delivery
• GameDev experience
• Experience working with multidisciplinary development teams
• Strong operational management and process improvement skills
• Understanding of Agile and common project management approaches
• Structured thinking and the ability to understand cause-and-effect relationships
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
• Experience in people and performance management
• Ability to set clear expectations and define appropriate evaluation criteria before assessing performance
• Experience with competency frameworks, goal setting, feedback, and employee development
• Interest in AI and new approaches to management and operational processes
