• Manage the full onboarding cycle for merchants from initial review to successful activation;
• Coordinate multiple onboarding projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with internal requirements;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and payment providers;
• Lead and coordinate the work of onboarding and operational stakeholders;
• Monitor onboarding performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve processes;
• Support the development and implementation of scalable onboarding frameworks;
• Manage escalations and resolve operational issues impacting onboarding timelines.

• Proven experience in high-risk merchant onboarding within fintech, PSPs, or payment providers;
• Strong understanding of acquiring, payment processing, and partner flows;
• Practical experience working with acquiring banks and payment providers;
• Experience coordinating projects, processes, or cross-functional teams;
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases and stakeholders simultaneously;
• English and Russian;
• Strong stakeholder and partner management skills;
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities;
