• Manage the full lifecycle of branding and marketing projects, including planning, milestones, deliverables, timelines and execution;
• Coordinate between HQ and CIS regional teams, ensuring effective information flow, communication and cross-regional collaboration;
• Lead project meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, action-item tracking and progress updates;
• Establish and continuously improve PMO processes, project management tools, templates and standardized ways of working;
• Identify project risks, resource conflicts and dependencies, coordinate stakeholders, and drive timely resolution and decision-making;
• Support the execution of key initiatives across the CIS region with Marketing, Brand and other cross-functional teams;
• Provide structured project updates to management, highlighting progress, key risks, action plans and required support or decisions.

• 5+ Years of project management experience, ideally as a PMO, Project Manager or project-focused Executive Assistant;
• Fluency in both English and Russian;
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management, communication and cross-functional coordination skills;
• Highly organized, execution-focused and comfortable managing multiple projects and complex stakeholders simultaneously;
• Nice to have: PMP, PRINCE2 or another relevant project management certification, experience in internet, technology or large international companies, experience in CFD, FinTech, financial technology, branding, marketing or integrated marketing projects.
