XM provides financial services and is undergoing business transformation while delivering products and services through software development teams.

• Deliver multiple projects of varying complexity and size;
• Coordinate internal and remote software development teams;
• Hold task owners accountable for specific deliverables and conduct project team meetings to review progress and take necessary actions;
• Facilitate scrum events, discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution;
• Track sprint commitments and promote team ownership by ensuring each team delivers within its set timeline;
• Ensure requirements are comprehensive, thorough, and ready for implementation;
• Remove impediments to meet deadlines;
• Collaborate with project teams to provide high-level estimations and create release plans;
• Coordinate with other teams to align dependencies;
• Assist with internal and external communication channels to improve transparency and provide information to the right stakeholders at the right levels of abstraction;
• Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to manage stakeholder expectations by ensuring the backlog is well defined, estimated, and prioritised;
• Review team metrics for fast and efficient delivery;
• Understand and follow the company’s processes;
• Utilise project management methodologies and relevant tools.

• BSc/MSc in computer science, engineering, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience with project management software, analysis, and reporting methods;
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including JIRA and Confluence;
• Strong organisational, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Hands-on, professional, detail-oriented approach focused on excellence;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Strong leadership skills and ability to stay motivated and work effectively under pressure;
• Ability to identify process deficiencies and suggest improvements based on knowledge and experience;
• Understanding of the full software development cycle;
• Nice to have: PMP/Prince II and Agile/Scrum certifications, programming or professional technical experience, FX industry experience.
