• Direct multiple cross-functional project teams for 3–5 low- to medium-risk projects within time, budget, and scope constraints;
• Assemble project teams and develop project work plans;
• Manage expectations, deliverables, and results of internal and external project resources;
• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverables;
• Track milestones and adjust project plans or resources to maintain customer commitments;
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders;
• Manage project change processes;
• Manage small- to medium-scale projects from planning to completion;
• Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders;
• Develop, analyze, and manage project plans, schedules, and resource forecasts;
• Manage project financials and provide cost and budget impact input and justification;
• Monitor project performance and make adjustments as needed;
• Identify and resolve issues;
• Assist with requests for information and vendor request for proposal processes;
• Request resources and manage assigned project team work;
• Communicate project goals and objectives to the team;
• Coordinate team activities to achieve milestones;
• Provide performance feedback to team members;
• Analyze and mitigate project risks;
• Establish contingency plans and communicate dependencies;
• Recommend risk mitigation actions and influence management decisions;
• Build stakeholder relationships and secure alignment and support;
• Advise Portfolio/Program Managers on project goals, deliverable prioritization, and delivery decisions;
• Follow enterprise project management practices;
• Track and report key metrics;
• Gather and communicate lessons learned and feedback;
• Own non-PMO standard tasks, including vendor requests, training materials, operational or business tasks, and reports or databases.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field;
• 5+ Years of project management experience, including 8+ years of related IT or business experience;
• 5+ Years of experience with project life cycle methodology implementation;
• Strong analytical skills in budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis of finance technology investments;
• Experience influencing and managing project teams without formal direct reporting relationships;
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with complex interdependencies;
• Deep understanding of finance processes, systems, and regulatory requirements;
• Knowledge of integrations between finance systems and enterprise platforms;
• Ability to build consensus and align finance, IT, and business stakeholders;
• Expert vendor management skills;
• Exceptional communication skills for reporting project status, risks, and financial impacts to executive leadership;
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and escalate issues appropriately;
• Nice to have: PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), large-scale cross-functional finance technology project leadership, Oracle EBS, SAP, Workday, finance technology implementation risk management, change management in regulated environments including SOX and GDPR, contingency planning for critical finance systems, lessons learned, process improvement.
