Project manager in enterprise implementations

• Lead enterprise customer implementation projects end-to-end: from kick-off, through production launch, to formal closure and handover to customer support
• Plan the project together with implementation specialists: scope, schedule, milestones, and resources
• Organize the work of the project team, meaning implementation specialists, developers, and third parties (ERP and WMS providers, logistics operators, marketplaces). Everyone will know what they need to do and by when
• Be the main point of contact for the customer. Lead kick-off meetings, status meetings, and steering committees, and keep customer expectations within realistic bounds
• Monitor progress, working time, and budget in ClickUp, and report status to the customer and team lead
• Co-create the project management standard in the department: plan templates, checklists, reporting, and the change request handling process

• You have at least 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager on IT implementation projects, preferably SaaS, ERP, e-commerce, or systems integration projects
• You run several projects in parallel and manage priorities, resources, and budgets well
• You understand technology well enough to discuss APIs, integrations, and data exchange with the team and the customer, and to assess how technical dependencies affect the schedule
• You are comfortable leading meetings with customers, including at board level. You can say “no” or “this requires a scope change” and defend that decision
• You take responsibility for the project outcome, not just its coordination
• You are a native Polish speaker and have at least B2 English, as we also run international projects (DE, UK, USA)
