Project manager in digital and AI transformation

At Bliss, we design and develop the next generation of digital products, where AI, human experience, and business come together. For 16 years, brands such as Pingo Doce and J.P. Morgan have trusted us with their digital strategies. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the teams that take these products from vision to evolution. You will orchestrate Design, Engineering, QA, FA, and AI to turn our clients' business objectives into products that deliver results, as we move from digital products to intelligent products.

• Work with the client to define the product objectives and roadmap, challenge priorities, and link each request to a business result.
• Turn the vision into a delivery plan (scope, team, budget, and risks).
• Orchestrate design, engineering, and QA to develop and launch quickly and with quality, using AI to change how the team plans, develops, and tests.
• After launch, measure results, identify opportunities, and propose next steps for the product and client.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing client stakeholders, scope, and budget in fixed-scope and time-and-materials projects.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve how projects are planned, managed, and delivered, with a critical approach to the results.
• Exposure to product decisions: discovery, roadmap prioritization, or product metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.
