• Manage, oversee, and coordinate key divisional projects, including planning, margin qualification, proposal and booking reviews;
• Coach and mentor project teams to improve skills and productivity;
• Ensure customer satisfaction across assigned projects and deliverables;
• Oversee contract execution, including cost control, contract reviews, supervision of managers and subcontractors, scheduling, invoicing, and collections;
• Manage the divisional department;
• Communicate goals to the project team and wider organization;
• Maintain accurate job cost and control records for internal and external reporting;
• Develop and implement cost-effective strategies that improve execution and customer value;
• Communicate proactively with customers and seek feedback to improve satisfaction;
• Meet regularly with customers to ensure quality installations and alignment with their needs;
• Use financial systems to review actual versus estimated contract costs and prepare accurate financial reports;
• Manage performance and development of project management resources, subcontractors, and LSPs;
• Supervise Project Managers, Project Specialists, Engineering Specialists, Customer Support Specialists, and Installers;
• Support recruitment and hiring of team members;
• Mentor, coach, develop, assign, and direct colleagues’ work;
• Manage performance and project budgets;
• Perform other duties requested by the operations management team.

• Higher education or university degree in Project Management;
• At least two years of previous Senior Project Management experience in service, field, or office-based project management;
• Previous people management experience;
• Industry-specific certifications and/or licenses;
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record;
• Nice to have: Experience managing projects in Electronic Security or Network/IT, Project Management Institute (PMP/PMI) certification.

• Frequent travel and overnight stays in Europe are required;
• Project revenue managed: Multi million Euros.
