Project manager in data analytics

• Manage and oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations, business objectives, scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner and ensuring continuous alignment throughout the project lifecycle;
• Coordinate and support multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration, engagement, and alignment towards common goals;
• Monitor project progress, priorities, risks, and dependencies, anticipating challenges and ensuring timely resolution;
• Ensure transparent communication with clients and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updates on project status and deliverables;
• Promote proactive project management practices, ensuring efficient resource allocation and sustainable project delivery;
• Support the definition and monitoring of project plans, capacity needs, and delivery priorities;
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, contributing to more efficient processes and higher delivery standards;
• Ensure appropriate project governance, including reporting, documentation, billing follow-up, and internal processes;
• Contribute to the development of client relationships and long-term partnerships, identifying opportunities to create value for both clients and BI4ALL.

• Academic background in Economics, Management, Information Systems/Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;
• Professional experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or similar roles, preferably in IT consulting, with proven experience in Data & Analytics projects;
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written;
• Proven experience coordinating projects and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and quality standards;
• Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and manage stakeholder expectations;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches;
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities and anticipate challenges;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
• Proactive mindset, autonomy, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability;
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments while maintaining a client-centric and results-oriented approach.
