• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Analytics and Data Warehousing projects
• Define project scope, objectives, and delivery roadmaps with customers and stakeholders
• Run Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Scrum ceremonies
• Coach customers and delivery teams on Agile and Scrum best practices
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, commercial matters, and change requests
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Produce delivery reports and communicate progress to senior stakeholders
• Build relationships with customers, internal teams, and third-party suppliers
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project outcomes
• Ensure solutions transition smoothly into BAU or Managed Services support

• Proven experience delivering projects in Agile and Scrum environments
• Strong Scrum Master experience and practical Agile delivery expertise
• Experience managing project governance, budgets, and financial forecasting
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership
• Excellent communication and customer-facing consulting skills
• Ability to manage and motivate cross-functional delivery teams
• Experience delivering Data Analytics and/or Data Warehousing projects
• Strong risk, issue, and dependency management experience
