project manager in cybersecurity programs

Nityo Infotech operates in IT services and IT consulting, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and software development.

• Develop and execute integrated communication and stakeholder engagement strategies for cybersecurity, technology, and business transformation programs;
• Serve as the Communications Lead, Project Manager, and Scrum Master to ensure successful planning, execution, and adoption;
• Translate complex technical, cybersecurity, risk, and compliance topics into clear communications for business and executive stakeholders;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, Product Owners, SMEs, delivery teams, and business leaders;
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews;
• Manage project plans, communication deliverables, risks, dependencies, milestones, action items, and status reporting;
• Prepare executive presentations, leadership updates, FAQs, talking points, readiness materials, and stakeholder communications;
• Monitor communication effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, project readiness, and delivery health.

• 6+ Years of experience in Communications, Project Management, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, Change Management, or related technology programs;
• Strong experience in Executive Communications, Stakeholder Engagement, Project Management, Agile Delivery, Scrum & Kanban, Organizational Change, and Risk & Dependency Management;
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
• Experience simplifying complex technical and cybersecurity concepts for executive and business audiences;
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Planner or similar collaboration tools;
• Nice to have: experience supporting Cybersecurity, Technology, Risk, Compliance, or other regulated environments; Scrum Master or Project Management certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMP.
