Syntax is a Managed Cloud Provider for mission-critical enterprise applications. It provides technology solutions, implements and manages ERP deployments in private, public, and hybrid clouds, and offers technical and functional consulting, monitoring, and automation services.

• Own the coordinated delivery of a portfolio of security projects and initiatives, including internal security enhancements, customer onboarding programs, get-to-green remediation plans, and cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Maintain a consolidated view of the security project portfolio, tracking cross-project dependencies, shared resources, risks, and priorities
• Support and operationalize Detection Engineering sprint planning, including backlog organization, sprint facilitation, and delivery tracking
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across the Security Organisation, including Security Engineering and Security Operations, to drive project execution
• Partner with Infrastructure, Cloud, Service Management, and Customer Success Management to ensure successful outcomes
• Provide clarity and structure to technical teams, bridging technical teams and project execution discipline
• Drive accountability and establish consistent stakeholder communication, including regular programme-level reporting to security leadership
• Ensure projects adhere to governance, compliance, and risk-management frameworks
• Develop and maintain project and programme plans, timelines, communication structures, and reporting dashboards
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies while driving stakeholder accountability across concurrent projects
• Facilitate workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and briefings for technical and non-technical audiences
• Maintain project documentation, including project and programme charters, status reports, and post-implementation reviews

• 3+ Years of experience managing and delivering cybersecurity projects and programs in mid-to-large enterprise environments, preferably within a CISO organisation or an IT services company delivering managed or professional security services
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects or workstreams, including dependencies, shared resources, and competing priorities
• Ability to drive project outcomes with clarity, structure, and consistency
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including reporting to senior leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Spanish or Portuguese nationality, or a permanent work permit/VISA for Spain or Portugal
• Advanced spoken and written Spanish and English
