Rakuten Viber is a communication platform connecting hundreds of millions of people around the world. It provides private and group chats, audio and video calls, and ways to follow and contact brands, businesses, and celebrities. All Viber communications are protected by end-to-end encryption.

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-team, multidisciplinary projects
• Create and manage quarterly plans, including timelines, milestones, and deadlines
• Ensure consistent, excellent Agile execution across multiple teams
• Improve Scrum Master capabilities through coaching, feedback, and training
• Manage crises and identify and resolve major blockers and external dependencies
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions

• At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager leading and delivering complex, cross-functional, multi-team projects
• At least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring other Scrum Masters
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and values, with hands-on experience working with Agile teams
• Solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to understand technical challenges and bottlenecks
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority
• Proficiency with Agile and project management tools, such as Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, and Product Discovery tools
• Strong analytical mindset and experience working with delivery metrics and KPIs
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
