• Lead complex, multi-workstream implementation projects end-to-end;
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resources, and dependencies;
• Establish governance frameworks and keep delivery aligned with agreed objectives;
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and programmes where required;
• Oversee testing, UAT, deployment readiness, transition into service, and formal client sign-off;
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies;
• Drive mitigation strategies and escalate risks appropriately;
• Negotiate scope and change issues with clients, communicating delivery and commercial impacts;
• Manage scope changes through structured change control processes;
• Manage internal and client-side dependencies and actively address non-delivery impacts;
• Balance client needs, delivery commitments, and commercial considerations;
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders, sponsors, and steering committees;
• Lead governance meetings and executive-level project discussions;
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Influence stakeholders to support timely and effective decision-making;
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams including consultants, engineers, architects, testers, and business stakeholders;
• Drive accountability across workstreams and alignment with delivery objectives;
• Mentor Project Managers and contribute to project management best practices;
• Support improvements to PM methodologies, standards, and delivery frameworks;
• Maintain awareness of project budgets and delivery costs;
• Assess and manage the commercial implications of project decisions, risks, scope changes, and change requests;
• Protect delivery commitments while maintaining positive client relationships;
• Support planning and delivery input during pre-sales and solution design discussions.

• Significant experience managing complex client-facing implementation or transformation projects;
• Experience in technology, SaaS, financial services, data management, or professional services environments;
• Proven success leading multi-workstream, cross-functional projects;
• Experience managing project scope, budgets, risks, governance, and change control;
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and executive sponsors;
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop other project managers;
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments;
• Nice to have: Formal Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile certification, or equivalent; advanced knowledge of project management methodologies; experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms; understanding of implementation, deployment, testing, and operational transition processes; comfort adopting AI-enabled and emerging project management tools.
