• Manage and optimise the flow of value through the Agile Release Train using appropriate tools;
• Communicate and establish annual calendars for Program Increments and iterations;
• Facilitate PI planning events;
• Summarise team PIs into Program PI Objectives and publish them for transparency and visibility;
• Assist in tracking capabilities and execution of features;
• Provide guidance in economical decision making;
• Coach leaders, scrum masters, and teams in Lean-Agile mindsets and practices;
• Help manage dependencies and risks;
• Escalate and track impediments;
• Provide input on resourcing to address crucial bottlenecks;
• Encourage collaboration between teams;
• Work with Product Owners, Product and Solution Management, and stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment;
• Improve the flow of value through value streams by assessing and improving DevOps-related practices;
• Drive continuous improvements in the ART.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology or a similar field;
• Advanced English, both written and oral;
• Ability to manage a project;
• Written and oral communication skills;
• Client-focused approach;
• Decision-making skills.
