• Manage projects according to defined banking processes, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure;
• Define schedules, milestones, and project dependencies, ensuring delivery within the approved scope and budget;
• Coordinate work and collaborate with the project team;
• Manage project scope, change, and risk, including decomposing business goals into project scope, managing scope, schedule, and resource changes, and identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks;
• Monitor budget utilization, control costs, report deviations, and manage project resources effectively;
• Prepare recurring status reports, escalate risks and issues to the appropriate decision-making levels, and develop materials for the Steering Committee and Sponsor;
• Ensure project compliance with regulations, Bank and IT standards, and oversee the quality of delivered outcomes.

• 7+ Years of experience in a similar position within the banking or financial sector;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMI, Agile, and Prince2;
• Practical knowledge of MS Project, JIRA, and MS Office;
• Knowledge of supervisory regulations and compliance requirements, including KNF, EBA, AML/CFT, and DORA, as well as AML/KYC processes and experience delivering regulatory and Compliance projects;
• Knowledge of banking risk management processes covering credit, operational, and market risk, including rating models, risk parameters, RCSA, KRI, IRRBB, and ALM/Treasury;
• Experience working with Risk & Compliance systems, including decision engines, data warehouses, monitoring systems, and AML/Compliance platforms, with knowledge of system integrations and data flows;
• Ability to analyze the impact of project initiatives on risk processes, identify regulatory and operational dependencies, and manage project risks specific to Risk & Compliance;
• Knowledge of testing processes in regulatory initiatives, including compliance, model, data, and operational testing;
• Experience collaborating with Risk, Compliance, AML, Internal Control, Internal Audit, and IT departments;
• Very good English, minimum B2/C1, enabling participation in international projects;
• Higher education.
