• Translate programme strategy into project objectives, success measures, delivery plans, baseline scope, KPIs and milestones;
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, briefings, updates and readiness activities;
• Coordinate delivery across business units, project workstreams and external partners;
• Embed global change delivery standards across applicable markets;
• Provide delivery metrics and governance packs, including burndown charts, PSC packs, ToR, BRD, project plans, closure reports, change requests and MoMs;
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, costs and benefits;
• Maintain the project-level RAID log and mitigation plans;
• Ensure compliance with Group standards and controls, including CDS, SDLC, Responsible AI, change risk, cloud governance and vendor onboarding;
• Own the integrated project plan covering schedule, budget, scope, risk and resources;
• Partner with the Programme Manager on budget governance, forecasting, actuals and financial reporting from Clarity;
• Ensure complete, accurate and timely project data updates across Azure DevOps, Clarity and other Bank tooling;
• Remediate project data quality gaps.

• At least 3 years of overall work experience in banking;
• Proven experience in a Project Management role;
• Experience managing Agile and waterfall projects;
• Proficiency with Clarity, ADO, Confluence, MS-Office, MS-Project, MS-Planner and MS-Whiteboard;
• Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills;
• Proficiency in financial forecasting and budgeting;
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and key risk areas, including data quality;
• Master’s Degree;
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum certification;
• Fluent English.
