• Advise, manage, or lead projects and ensure delivery of key project outcomes;
• Establish meaningful project structures and governance and manage key stakeholders;
• Apply methods and expertise to frame and execute projects or specific project streams on time, within quality standards, and on budget;
• Organize and manage meetings and workshops using relevant techniques and deliver insightful results;
• Support clients in implementing project outcomes and follow up with clients;
• Support or manage the preparation and delivery of presentations and reports for clients and management;
• Provide continuous support to team members, including coaching;
• Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team, methodologies, tools, and techniques.

• Master’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or Computer Science;
• 3 To 4 years of experience in Project Management and Consulting;
• Fluent English;
• Proficiency in Office Pack, including Excel and PowerPoint;
• Ability to deliver results and remain results-driven;
• Strong attention to detail and rigor;
• Ability to manage projects;
• Ability to manage or facilitate meetings, seminars, committees, and training;
• Ability to understand, explain, and support change;
• Knowledge of BNP Paribas organisation, with organisation and strategy skills.
