• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of assigned projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards;
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria with customers and internal stakeholders;
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations;
• Serve as the primary customer contact, managing expectations and building trusted relationships;
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary;
• Coordinate technical, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and timely execution;
• Manage project governance, including status reporting, steering committee updates, and documentation;
• Apply change management and control processes throughout the project lifecycle;
• Monitor project financials, including budget tracking and forecasting, and report variances to management;
• Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes and mentor junior project team members;
• Comply with QHSE, Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, solution delivery, or program management, ideally in an IT services or analytics environment;
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills;
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools;
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English;
• Nice to have: Master’s degree, PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum certification, other languages.
