EthosEnergy provides energy industry services and supports customers with gas turbine projects, maintenance, engineering, and operational delivery.

• Ensure processes and procedures comply with the Company’s HSE policies and guidelines;
• Deliver contractual obligations on time, within budget, safely, and to the highest standard;
• Seek new customer opportunities and coordinate with sales organizations to deliver additional work and value;
• Meet or exceed contract KPIs and maximize contract bonus opportunities;
• Minimize schedule variation and resolve customer issues within project timescales;
• Develop customer-centric solutions with the Customer, Engineering, and Projects teams;
• Prepare project plans and part lists according to maintenance requirements;
• Participate in RCFA activities and respond to customer TQRs;
• Manage engineering tasks through ESR;
• Control inspection sheets, NCRs, and RAMS against design criteria;
• Coordinate with engineering on inspections and quality documentation;
• Investigate TILs and product capability extension opportunities, including design changes, upgrades, and improvements;
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports;
• Maintain effective relationships with customers, site leads, Technical Field Advisors, and internal staff;
• Manage on-site safety, schedule, and quality systems with SM, TFA, and FSO support teams;
• Identify and implement cost reduction and life extension strategies;
• Ensure planned and unplanned revenue is billed and collected according to contractual requirements;
• Manage invoicing dates and payment schedules through timely timesheet submission;
• Control costs for planned and unplanned outages;
• Create Work Breakdown Structures, cost plans, and project risk registers;
• Manage project workflows in Salesforce and ERP systems;
• Ensure long-lead parts are ordered on time;
• Agree the communication plan with the customer and update internal project trackers and the customer daily;
• Collect project- and site-specific legal, HSE, training, competency, and technical requirements;
• Communicate the EE Workpack, NCR, EWAR, CONC, and CTQ processes to the customer;
• Create detailed project and QA-based quality plans with clear critical paths, CTQ, and supporting documentation;
• Chair Go/No-Go Review Meetings, TFA and Crew Briefings, and Close-out/Lessons meetings;
• Ensure close-out documentation is saved and outage reporting is completed.

• Technical gas turbine experience;
• Previous experience in international development and direct implementation of large, complex projects;
• Offshore or North Sea experience is useful;
• Experience managing contract service delivery for a customer;
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• Project Management Qualification;
• Nice to have: Offshore or North Sea experience.

• The position can be based in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, or Turkmenistan;
• Regional role with work close to customers;
• Occasional travel to different worksites and business meetings within or outside the region.
