project manager for Workday programmes

The company provides project management services for Workday programmes in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

• Own the delivery plan and integrations;
• Coordinate the Technical Solution Owner, Senior Solution Analysts, and functional teams across each module;
• Track integration dependencies across the Workday Platform;
• Maintain RAID logs and escalate risks and resourcing issues to the Deployment Lead;
• Run regular status reviews and maintain visibility of the release and cutover timeline;
• Support test planning and readiness ahead of go-live;
• Track hand-offs across design, build, and deployment to ensure continuity across workstreams.

• 5+ Years of Project/Programme Management experience in HRIS, HCM, or ERP programmes;
• Experience managing multi-module or multi-workstream delivery within a single programme;
• Familiarity with Workday or similar HCM platforms;
• Experience managing integration-heavy delivery across internal teams;
• Strong RAID log, tracker, dependency, and stakeholder management skills;
• Nice to have: compensation or learning experience, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

• Contract for 18 months with possible extensions;
• Start date: ASAP.
