- Coordinate two international projects focused on developing and implementing professional skills assessment and certification systems in Uzbekistan;
- Collaborate with global experts and organizations;
- Lead international meetings, partner negotiations, and expert working groups;
- Manage business correspondence, reporting, and high-level stakeholder communication.
требования
- 3+ Years of proven project management experience;
- Background in vocational education (TVET), skills assessment, or professional certification systems;
- Full professional fluency in English and Russian;
- Strong business correspondence, reporting, and high-level stakeholder communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to lead international meetings, partner negotiations, and expert working groups;
- High organizational efficiency;
- Proficiency in standard digital and office tools;
- Nice to have: Uzbek.
