• Lead projects and programmes to deliver agreed outcomes on time, within budget, and to required quality standards;
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage complex commercial and stakeholder discussions;
• Achieve engagement objectives, identify value-adding opportunities, and contribute to business growth and sales activities;
• Act as a Programme or Portfolio Manager, ensuring effective project delivery, governance, and financial management;
• Partner with technical teams to support delivery governance, manage risks, and recover projects requiring additional support;
• Collaborate with global teams across Europe, the USA, and India;
• Support and develop project team members through guidance, coaching, and learning opportunities;
• Contribute to organisational improvement, innovation, continuous improvement, and more effective ways of working.

• Passion for technology and its ability to create positive organisational outcomes;

• Experience managing projects across the full delivery lifecycle using Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
• Ability to guide teams, navigate challenges, and deliver successful outcomes in complex environments;
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including relationships with senior executives;
• Ability to provide informed recommendations on project, programme, or portfolio finances, commercial considerations, and delivery approaches;
• Experience working with fixed-price and Time & Materials engagements;
• Proven delivery against contractual commitments and financial objectives;
• Familiarity with requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and implementation activities;
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify value-adding opportunities, support business development, and contribute to bid processes;
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and supporting project and engagement managers;
• Experience in people management and creating inclusive, supportive team environments;
• Existing ESC (Enhanced Security Clearance);
• Continuous UK residence for the last 5 years to obtain SC clearance;
• Ability to complete security clearance and pre-employment checks, including identity, nationality or immigration status, three years of continuous employment history, and an unspent criminal record check.
