• Plan and organize the software release schedule and coordinate releases with engineering teams;
• Lead and complete strategic internal projects to improve release management, testing, monitoring, and incident management processes;
• Collaborate with external and internal, technical and non-technical teams to deliver successful projects;
• Define overarching metrics for the performance of release quality, monitoring, and testing tools;
• Improve or create processes to increase the reliability, quality, and execution speed of firmware releases.

• 3+ Years of project management experience in a technical environment;
• Good understanding of the software development process from planning through release and monitoring;
• Ability to work independently and autonomously;
• Ability to scope full projects and processes under uncertainty;
• Strong communication in English, stakeholder management, and project management skills;
• Outstanding analytical skills and willingness to engage with complex technical subjects;
• Nice to have: experience with Reliability, Release Management, DevOps, Testing, Monitoring, Incident Management, payments industry, or payment terminals.

• Office role based in Amsterdam;
