• Craft and maintain robust processes to deliver research outcomes efficiently and consistently despite uncertainty, evolving goals, unexpected outcomes, shifting requirements, and technical challenges;
• Provide administrative, organizational, and legal support across projects;
• Promote transparent and collaborative relationships between the department and project stakeholders;
• Facilitate communication and synchronize efforts among all stakeholders;
• Analyze and verify project tasks for completeness and accuracy.

• Demonstrated expertise in setting up and managing processes for projects with high levels of uncertainty;
• Understanding of ML and AI principles;
• Ability to facilitate technical discussions and identify risks and challenges in ML/AI projects;
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
• Strong analytical capabilities for defining scope and requirements and supporting effective execution;
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities;
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects without compromising quality;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of SDLC and frameworks, system or business analyst background.
