MeMe is a social-first creative agency that accelerates digital culture by provoking conversations and helping brands become part of culture. It is part of Jungle, an ecosystem of more than 700 creative, strategic, and technology professionals.

• Lead daily client presentations, manage proposals, and channel feedback to ensure service excellence;
• Coordinate strategy, creative, social media, and production departments across projects;
• Supervise budgets, invoicing, contracts, and SOW tracking to ensure profitability and deadlines;
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and detect new client needs;
• Negotiate and coordinate with external suppliers, influencer agencies, and other strategic client partners;
• Control always-on projects and special activations to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective execution.

• At least 3 years of experience managing teams working with social media;
• Genuine interest in social media, emerging trends, and new content formats;
• Patience, flexibility, and diplomacy for managing expectations and resolving conflicts constructively;
• Ability to combine operational budget management with a strategic view of the client's business;
• Intermediate-high English level and ability to hold fluent conversations in professional environments;
• Previous experience coordinating teams and aligning creatives, managers, producers, and other contributors;
• Results-oriented approach and ability to identify service improvement gaps.

• Offices are located in Poblenau, Barcelona;
• Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:30;
• Intensive schedule every Friday and special summer hours;

• 23 Working days of vacation, including 10 days in August, plus December 24 and 31;
