Fundação Vasco Vieira de Almeida develops and implements social-impact projects in Education, Justice, and Human Rights, working with social economy organizations and institutional partners.

• Support the management and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility projects in Social Investment, Capacity-Building and Mentoring Programs, Corporate Volunteering, and Skills-Based Volunteering;
• Collaborate in designing, preparing, and delivering fundraising initiatives for social economy organizations;
• Support the management and strengthening of partnerships with organizations and stakeholders in the social sector;
• Contribute to preparing content and reports in alignment with the Foundation’s overall communication strategy;
• Support the monitoring and evaluation of developed projects, contributing to measuring and communicating their impact.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Management, or related fields;
• Interest in Education, Justice, and Human Rights, particularly in supporting vulnerable populations;
• Motivation to contribute to social transformation through impactful projects;
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, spoken and written;
• Dynamic, proactive, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented profile;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a dynamic and collaborative environment;
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills;
• Planning, organization, and prioritization skills;
• Results-oriented mindset and attention to detail;
• Nice to have: Previous volunteering experience and/or professional collaboration with social economy organizations.
