• Develop and manage all aspects of projects and engagements, including planning, vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues;
• Manage day-to-day project activities and resources;
• Chair project management team meetings;
• Procure and secure adequate resources to achieve project objectives within planned timeframes;
• Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables;
• Provide status reporting on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues across leadership;
• Engage with external stakeholders, internal business sponsors, and focal points globally;
• Provide updates and demonstrate how solutions address organizational goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices;
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations to project teams, sponsors, the CIO, and key stakeholders;
• Deliver effective executive-level communications;
• Work with the designated Change Manager to integrate change management into project timelines and activities;
• Ensure changes across multiple simultaneous workstreams are synchronized;
• Set and manage project expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members, vendors, and stakeholders;
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise the project team;
• Monitor project team member performance;
• Actively manage vendor engagement contracts;
• Lead or drive feasibility studies, vendor selections, and proposals for stakeholder evaluation;
• Define Statements of Work and specifications for requested goods and services;
• Manage vendor work and deliverables, including estimates, deliverable reviews, and on-site, near-shore, and offshore resources;
• Conduct regular vendor meetings and progress reviews;
• Remove delivery bottlenecks;
• Assist with disputes, negotiations, or arbitration as needed;
• Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution;
• Report on project success criteria, metrics, testing, and deployment management activities.

• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills in international and multicultural settings at global and regional levels;
• Proven knowledge and experience managing multiple large-scale Salesforce projects for international organizations;
• Proven ability to coordinate, manage, lead, and deliver IT-business projects across geographies and organizational departments under pressure and in complex unplanned situations;
• Proven understanding of DevOps and Release Management best practices;
• Proven ability to interact with and manage senior stakeholders across multiple workstreams, especially at executive management level;
• Strategic thinking skills and the ability to understand strategic and tactical objectives and formulate comprehensive plans for challenges and risks;
• Strong understanding of interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs;
• Proven success leading project teams, motivating team members, and meeting project goals and milestones;
• Extensive understanding of project management principles, methods, and techniques;
• Ability to multitask, synthesize information quickly, manage priorities, deliver quality, and work to challenging timescales;

• At least 7 years of professional experience managing Salesforce architecture and product leadership, including digital transformation strategies and enterprise systems;
• Experience managing human and financial resources;
• International-level professional experience;
• Proven experience in executive-level stakeholder management;
• Experience collaborating with international and multicultural teams in physical or virtual settings while producing results;
• Proven experience writing project plans and project-related documentation;
• Experience with Change Management;
• Experience facilitating workshops, presenting to senior stakeholders, and managing change in a federated organization;
• Expert knowledge of spoken and written English;
• Nice to have: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Agentforce Service Consultant, Lean certification, Six Sigma certification, ITIL v4 certification, CCMP, Prosci Change Management, ADKAR Model certification, experience leading Salesforce architecture and product strategies within the WHO or UN system, fieldwork in developing countries, multi-country digital health program management, experience working across multiple time zones without face-to-face meetings, experience with UN or multinational organizations, professional business services or consulting experience, basic French.
