Project manager for mobile and web applications

• Managing the development process of mobile and web applications, resource planning, and releases
• Planning sprints, organizing and conducting meetings, estimations, and retrospectives
• Task assignment and decomposition for development teams
• Monitoring deadlines compliance, assisting the team in achieving set goals
• Proposing alternative product solutions (product qualification)
• Task prioritization
• Monitoring potential technical issues and escalation
• Controlling project documentation management
• Direct interaction with the product manager

• Experience in establishing development processes.
• Practical experience working with agile development methodologies.
• Critical thinking, responsibility, and proactivity.
• Ability to independently identify and solve problems rather than generating new ones.
• Ability to multitask.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Будет плюсом: Knowledge of any programming language would be a big plus; Previous experience as a project manager in an IT company, along with prior experience as a developer or tester, would be an advantage; Intermediate or higher proficiency in English would be an advantage
