• Lead major customer contracts from approval and project kickoff through final closeout in alignment with Metso processes, tools, and governance standards;
• Establish project plans, budgets, schedules, and cash flow forecasts, monitor performance, and initiate corrective actions;
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and field execution activities;
• Review drawings, specifications, and requisitions for compliance with contract requirements and project objectives;
• Resolve technical, commercial, client, subcontractor, and cross-functional project issues;
• Build customer relationships, identify opportunities to address customer challenges, and support value-added technical solutions;
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project life cycle;
• Lead project monitoring and governance activities, including risk and issue identification and resolution;
• Facilitate lessons learned, capture insights, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and share feedback across relevant functions;
• Support post-project activities, including Market Area handovers and warranty management.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent technical experience;
• Project management experience in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, or capital equipment environments;
• Experience with engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction contracts, scheduling, quality management, and cost control;
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, commercial terms, and project execution methodologies;
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and customer relationship skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, international environment;
• Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications;
• Proficiency in MS Project and openness to learning new tools;
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
