• Lead LIMS rollouts across multiple sites;
• Drive integrations with SAP/S4HANA, MES, laboratory instruments, and other systems;
• Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders;
• Coordinate technical teams and ensure successful end-to-end delivery;
• Identify and resolve issues and blockers proactively.

• Strong experience in IT project management and system integration;
• Experience with complex interfaces and interconnected IT landscapes;

• Fast learner who can navigate complexity and unfamiliar systems;
• Experience with LIMS systems;
