• Own the full internal project lifecycle from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementation;
• Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify needs, validate assumptions, and translate them into actionable project requirements;
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment at every stage;
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation strategies;
• Lead implementation of new products, tools, or processes into existing business workflows;
• Lead change management efforts and adapt to evolving requirements, priorities, and business needs while ensuring smooth execution and alignment across teams;
• Monitor project performance and KPIs to keep delivery aligned with business outcomes;
• Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and proposed solutions;
• Prepare and deliver progress reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management;
• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and efficiency gaps across teams.

• 3+ Years of project management experience;
• Hands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences;
• Data-driven approach to decision-making;
• Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes;
• Strong organizational and delivery skills with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements;
• English B2 or above.
