• Lead and deliver internal IT projects from shaping through handover into operation, owning scope, plan, timeline and budget;
• Drive delivery for cross-domain project teams of typically 2–5 people across several countries;
• Organize planning and review meetings on a synchronized three-week cycle;
• Run projects using a lightweight governance baseline with goals, project plans, staffing, budget tracking, stakeholder matrices and regular reporting;
• Identify, track and mitigate project risks, remove impediments, and facilitate planning adjustments and cross-team collaboration;
• Maintain a healthy project backlog and help the team deliver value every sprint;
• Foster continuous improvement through inspect-and-adapt practices;
• Manage stakeholders and ensure timely communication between business, IT, partners and suppliers;
• Use Azure DevOps for day-to-day planning and backlogs and OnePlan for portfolio visibility;
• Contribute to Demand Management by shaping approved demand into clearly scoped, deliverable projects;
• Clarify objectives, scope and expected outcomes with business and IT stakeholders, challenging assumptions where necessary.

• Degree in IT or computer science, or equivalent practical experience;
• At least 5 years of professional project management experience, ideally with IT or cross-domain initiatives;
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with modern, iterative project management approaches;
• Comfort working in a technical environment;
• Good understanding of business administration;
• Structured, pragmatic and hands-on approach;
• Strong facilitation, organization and communication skills;
• Confident English communication in an international environment;
• Must be based in Portugal or Serbia;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Azure DevOps and OnePlan or comparable project and portfolio tools, German language skills.
