• Be accountable for overall program delivery activity and ensure compliance with defined standards and governance structures;
• Support business leaders and staff in scoping, defining, planning, and executing programs and projects;
• Validate and quantify project assumptions;
• Lead programs and projects while demonstrating behaviors aligned with company values;
• Provide transparent, factual visibility and communication of progress and escalations to key stakeholders;
• Maintain robust business cases for programs approved by business leaders and finance;
• Ensure continued business case justification throughout program and project delivery;
• Manage dependencies with other initiatives;
• Negotiate resource requirements with responsible management when priorities conflict.

• 5+ Years of experience in complex and major program or project management;
• Experience managing workstreams or project initiatives in large-scale, complex transformations, preferably at a global scale;
• Competency in managing senior stakeholder relationships;
• Proficiency in Scrum and Agile principles;
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Ability to manage heavy workloads, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver high-quality work through effective planning and prioritization;
• Ability to guide, lead, and coach client leadership and project teams throughout complex programs and strategic initiatives;
• Strong attention to detail, especially in written work;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact across all organizational levels;
• English at Intermediate+ level;
• Nice to have: BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, PSM-I certificate.
