• Coordinate execution of German key account projects, including launches, tenders, and seasonal deals;
• Manage timelines, milestones, and cross-department deliverables;
• Translate commercial agreements into internal briefs covering packaging, pricing, and logistics;
• Monitor progress and escalate bottlenecks, delays, and deviations;
• Ensure 95% OTIF project delivery;
• Act as the main internal contact for German clients on implementation and follow-up;
• Prepare product data and customer documentation using Excel, BC, and portals;
• Align with Buying, Supply Chain, and Quality on specifications, stock, and lead times;
• Maintain project overviews and provide weekly status reporting.
