задачи
- Manage software projects from planning to delivery;
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Product, Design, and stakeholders;
- Translate business needs into technical requirements;
- Coordinate Nicosia and Salamanca teams;
- Track timelines, risks, priorities, and blockers;
- Support Agile sprints, reviews, and releases;
- Keep teams aligned and focused on delivery.
требования
- 1–3 Years of experience in Project Management, Technical Coordination, Product Delivery, or a similar role;
- Good understanding of software development processes;
- Experience working with developers and engineering teams;
- Strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills;
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements;
- Experience working with QA, Product, or Design teams;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities;
- Experience with Agile / Scrum;
- Nice to have: FinTech / Financial Services experience, Forex / FX / CFD experience, Crypto / Digital Assets experience, Payments or Banking background, SaaS / Web / Mobile application experience, Jira, Linear or similar project management tools, technical background in Software Engineering, QA, or Business Analysis, experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
