• Plan, implement, manage, and close demanding event and retail campaigns;
• Create project timelines, planning, and controlling processes;
• Communicate with clients and develop business relationships;
• Independently manage projects and collaborate with teams, cooperation partners, institutions, authorities, and trades;
• Calculate costs and prepare quotations and invoices;
• Manage production and logistics and document projects.

• Several years of experience in event project management and retail marketing;
• Understanding of current culture and a strong sense of trends and cultural brand identities;
• Confident communication skills and a professional presence with clients and external partners;
• High self-motivation and flexibility regarding working hours;
• Strong team spirit and enthusiasm;
• Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel, as well as Apple Keynote and Google Slides;
• Very good English and German skills;
• Interest in design, fashion, lifestyle, and automotive.
