Project manager for ERP implementation

• Maintain and oversee the Airline - New ERP integrated work plan, ensuring strategic milestones and deadlines are met.
• Act as the main point of contact and liaison between IT and Business teams.
• Anticipate potential deviations, critical dependencies, and project risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead workshops with key users (stakeholders) and continuously follow up on open actions.
• Prepare progress reports for management and manage the agile escalation of operational blockers.

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Previous experience implementing ERP systems, specifically for or applied to the field of aircraft maintenance (MRO).
• Strong familiarity with aircraft maintenance processes and airline/fleet operations.
• Strong analytical skills, process structuring, cross-functional leadership, results orientation, and excellent multi-stakeholder management.
• B2 level of English (essential for technical documentation and communication).
