project manager for ERP delivery

VentorTech delivers international client projects involving ERP, CRM, IT consulting, software implementation, and system integration.

• Take full ownership of client delivery projects from planning through go-live;
• Manage client projects end-to-end;
• Plan timelines, scope, dependencies, risks, and changing priorities;
• Track project budgets, hours consumption, and other delivery indicators;
• Manage clients and stakeholders;
• Make independent decisions and maintain ownership of project delivery.

• 4+ Years of experience in Project Management or Delivery Management;
• Proven experience managing client projects end-to-end;
• Strong project planning skills;
• Experience tracking project budgets, hours consumption, or other delivery indicators;
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills;
• High level of ownership and independence in decision-making;
• English B2+;
• Nice to have: experience in ERP, CRM, IT consulting, software implementation, or system integration; experience working in a start-up or scaling company; experience managing several projects in parallel; experience with Odoo or another ERP platform; good understanding of project economics and profitability in a service-based company.
