project manager for driver marketing

Driver Marketing is a global team responsible for communications with current and potential drivers across more than 40 markets, covering acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and loyalty. The HQ team leads global projects and works closely with regional Driver Marketing teams and other business functions.

• Own complex cross-functional and cross-regional projects from idea to result
• Build project strategies and plans, including goals, milestones, timelines, owners, and success metrics
• Bring teams together, keep stakeholders aligned, and drive projects forward
• Track progress, dependencies, and risks, and maintain clear, up-to-date project documentation
• Set up tests and pilots, define targets, track results, and help decide what to scale
• Build and improve processes for KPI tracking, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, including automation and AI where appropriate
• Coordinate financial planning and budget tracking
• Help prepare regular business reviews, presentations, and reports

• Strong project management skills and experience with complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Take ownership and responsibility for results
• Confidence with numbers, KPIs, targets, and budgets
• Good understanding of marketing fundamentals, channels, and metrics
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to bring structure without unnecessary bureaucracy
• Curiosity and drive to make things simpler, faster, and smarter
• Fluent English
