• Take full responsibility for planning, executing, and closing medium to large-sized projects;
• Lead project planning, risk management, and scope management activities;
• Deliver projects within agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and targeted profitability levels;
• Report project status and financial performance to internal and external stakeholders;
• Ensure client acceptance for partial and complete deliveries;
• Manage and coordinate local, remote, and third-party team members;
• Identify and pursue further business opportunities within existing projects and accounts;
• Provide expert consultancy services, including project concepts and specifications;
• Maintain clear communication with clients and align expectations and requirements;
• Support the acquisition process and contribute to proposals and offer creation;
• Develop project management capabilities within the team;
• Mentor and coach other project managers;
• Promote best practices, innovation, and organizational change within project management.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels;
• Strong sales and business-oriented mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities;
• Relevant university degree or equivalent higher education qualification;
• Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to foster a positive team environment;
• At least 5 years of experience independently managing projects, preferably in software development or digital delivery;
• Fluent English, written and spoken;
• In-depth experience across the full project management lifecycle;
• Advanced knowledge of modern methodologies, including Agile and Kanban;
• Proactive and independent working style;
• Strong presentation skills and a positive, professional attitude;
• Nice to have: additional languages, Project Management certification such as Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, Agile PM Practitioner, Scrum Master, or IPMA.
