• Maintain project documentation and track task effort in Smartsheet or Certinia;
• Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and associate effort and resource naming with specific tasks;
• Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up;
• Navigate internal resource conflicts effectively to keep projects on track;
• Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target and achieve CSAT scores greater than 4.0;
• Own and manage the operational relationship with assigned clients, ensuring their applications scale to meet business needs;
• Provide critical visibility, service reviews, and reporting throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Typically 2-5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role;
• Bachelor’s degree;
• Proficiency in SQL basics, JIRA/Confluence, and fundamental Snowflake architecture;
• SnowPro Core certification required within 60 days of hire;
• Fluent in English;
• Local language fluency where required by regional requirements.
