4+ Years of proven digital marketing experience
Expertise in managing stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to engage, support, and influence them effectively
Rigorous problem-solving approach and strong verbal and written communication skills
Team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility and adaptability to handle tasks ranging from hands-on project execution to project management
Strong sense of ownership, commitment, and accountability, combined with passion for the work
Ability to learn new tools and technical concepts quickly
