Precision for Medicine accelerates the development and adoption of novel therapeutics through central laboratory services, including assay development, clinical testing, biorepository and sample management, logistics, and kitting for client studies worldwide.

• Lead projects from conception through close-out, including planning, execution, risk management, communication, stakeholder management, scope control, and cost control;
• Create and manage project timelines, budgets, revenue goals, forecasts, and resource plans;
• Maintain daily coordination and supervision of scheduled activities and delegate responsibilities as appropriate;
• Lead the implementation of new and ongoing studies for clients and collaborators;
• Coordinate the development and implementation of new projects;
• Create, track, and report project timelines;
• Communicate with clients and collaborators regarding data management, inventory control, shipping procedures, and related activities;
• Respond to all events in a timely manner;
• Coordinate data gathering;
• Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings;
• Prepare reports and correspondence for clients, collaborators, and vendors;
• Meet assigned revenue objectives, manage project expenses, and support client billing;
• Evaluate contract and project budgets monthly and report unexpected variances to the department director;
• Create, track, and report metrics for business and project measurement;
• Assist senior staff as required;
• Identify out-of-scope project work and escalate findings and action plans to appropriate parties;
• Manage project tasks efficiently and ensure client expectations are met;
• Review, update, and evolve project documentation to approvable status;
• Assess and mitigate technical, project, and business risks;
• Ensure work products comply with design and performance standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations;
• Enforce standards throughout project execution;
• Identify, resolve, and assist with resolving operational issues;
• Monitor assignments and adjust priorities and work schedules to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs;
• Complete additional tasks supporting project, client, and departmental objectives;
• Complete other assigned responsibilities.

• Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field, such as engineering;
• Experience working as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories at a CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech company;
• Excellent listening and communication skills;
• Excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office/MS 365 applications;
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills;
• Exceptional emotional intelligence;
• Strong understanding of project management and data analysis;
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Exceptional research and reporting skills;
• Exceptional judgment and discretion;
• Fluent English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension;
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.

• Travel, including overnight stays, is expected approximately 10–25% of the time;
• Extended work hours may be necessary to meet business demands.
